Male, aged between 30 to 40 with electrical & water supply bachelor degree or above.
At least 3 years relevant experience in similar position. A good leader and team player with experience to deliver results on time and according to plan.

Aged between 25 to 40 with mechanical installation professional degree or higher.
At least 3 years installation surveying experience in Guangdong province, familiar with GLODON installation estimation software.
Ability to develop and supervise large scale property development’s water, electrical and fire prevention system.

Relevant university or above degree e.g. economic, architecture, real estate… etc.
With 2 to 3 years of property sales strategic planning experience. Familiar with property market in Foshan.
Able to work independently on preparing project positioning plan, sales plan and strategic plan. Familiar with applying different strategy in every sale stage.
Good negotiation and communication skill. With experience in preparing tenders.
At least involved in 2 strategic projects planning and execution.
Intelligence and logical minded with good writing and computer skill.

Relevant university or above degree e.g. legal, land resources management. Applicants with two relevant degrees will be considered first.
With at least 2 years experience working in property or construction company's legal department.
Will be responsible on preparing and management of legal agreement/contract, legal counselling, developing corporation rules and regulations and handling of legal cases.
Priority will be given to applicants with a lawyer licence or experience in legal consultation.
